Players are in charge of Water Island, a growing community facing water supply issues such as quality and scarcity.

They have to figure out how to manage their water and ensure their community has a clean, secure supply of water.

Along the way players learn about building dams, water treatment, desalination and water recycling plants.

Water Island has been developed for primary and middle school students (ages 8 to 13) and complements existing water education programs such as Waterwise, Water for Life and Up a Dry Gully.
